Sex facts

Postby KSSunflower » Tue Sep 20, 2016 12:42 pm

1. It takes most women an average of 20 minutes to orgasm.
2. Most couples have sex about 66x a year. That's about once every five to six days.
3. The clitoris is the most sensitive part of the woman's whole body.
4. Oral sex results in an orgasm most often.
5. Most people check their Facebook or Twitter accounts after sex rather than cuddle, sleep, or shower.
Men spend about twice as much calories during sex as women do.

I found #2 and #5 to be interesting.

#1 varies. It depends on how aroused I was to start. I have also learned that certain times in a woman's cycle can affect how easy it is to achieve orgasm. We may not attribute it to that, but during our cycle hormones are shifting and it does affect us sexually. When estrogen is high and progesterone is low it can manifest as delayed, less intense or inability to achieve orgasm.

1. My first instinct as a guy is to say, "CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!" but the part of me who loves foreplay says, "Nah, why do it that quickly?" :D Seriously, though, I can get her off at least three times in twenty minutes before I go once.
2. I'd say our average is probably SLIGHTLY above that. Not including the current postpartum drought. ;)
3. There are so many more fun parts of my wife's body that I only play with that when I want her to climax. I'm absolutely obsessed with her breasts. I could stare at 'em for days.
4. When she's on her back and I'm on my side, this is another one that I take my time on. Then I admire everything about her flower.
5. Not us! When we have sex at night, we snuggle until we fall asleep. Only if I don't fall asleep will I check my phone. If it's a quickie in the morning, then I hurry and get dressed and go, so I don't have time.
6. Almost every single time I'm kneeling during sex, I can barely walk afterwards. You would think my muscles would get used to it.

That's awesome, River. I'm am happy if he gets me off once before he goes. It doesn't always happen. I still get lots of pleasure though.

Our average is higher. I was surprised the other choices were all below that. I wanted to share this info because I know there are those on here where that is the norm, and it appears to be the case for many couples.

3. Yep, but like River, I love other parts of her body. I love her boobs. And kissing her neck, which are also wonderful erogenous zones
4.true
5.nope, usually we cuddle aftee we cleanup.

I do my best to have her orgasm before I do. It is not always the case, but usually
