Beards

Ladies wear beards while boyfriends shave to see what it feels like to kiss them.

Dh is military so he usually has to stay clean shaven but occasionally he grows it out. Once grown I don't mind it too much but the in between stage can irritate my skin. The stubby hair is like sand paper rubbing against my skin. It can hurt during oral too. Once grown it's not too bad.

What about you? Beard or no beard? Ladies, any issues with your dh's beard? Any tips to make it less irritating?

I don't like a beard. I don't like how it feels for kissing. Luckily, DH has never kept one. He tried it a couple of times though.

I've worn a beard for over 20 years, my wife loves it. It is so much softer than the five o'clock shadow that is scratchy.

I've never been a big fan but my wife has really been into them lately so I have been growing one. I hate the scratchy stage of about a week without shaving. She likes the feeling on her boobs and says it makes me look more mature.

Hmm, that's interesting. On her boobs? I can see the "makes you look more mature." I think beards do look sexy on some men.

Also, what about the germs, especially when it comes to contact on certain intimate areas. Ever worried about that?

I know that when I've gone down on my wife whenever I've had a beard, no matter how much I wash, I smell sex for days. I rather like the smell, but I've always wondered if anyone else could smell or if there was bacteria and stuff up in that.

I like my beard. I believe in beards. Haven't had the experience of the smell sticking in mine - I'm always able to wash it out, which is really too bad.

Mine's not a full beard: it's a goatee, or as I like to call it, a George Albert. I've been growing it out over the past few months so it looks rather . . . Victorian? Pioneer? . . . Steampunk?

I have never grown a beard. My wife has made it clear that she will not have sex with me if I'm not clean shaven. Needless to say that since sex is much more important to me than facial hair I shave every other day.

I don't get it either, maybe tingly? As far as germs, I don't think it's a big deal. I don't ever let my beard get very long and I use soap and shampoo. No sexy time smell for me.

I was thinking more about germs already on the beard getting up in the wife.

And right after I made this post dh decided to stop shaving his mustache for basketball.
