Well, a tractor in a field is pretty private so I don't think I'd worry about the legal part.

I'm so glad my brother-in-law's fields were small enough and on hills so that I had to do the steering when I drove tractor for him a few times. I was young enough, freshman in college, I'm sure I would have gotten myself into some real trouble, if not while driving then following up on thoughts that would come while bored.

I started driving tractor maybe at age 6 or 7 without anyone else around. But no auto steer.... Did not even have power steering .....Just strong arm steering. And granddads combine required a foot and an arm to engage clutch . Had a peddle and a lever to actuate clutch . Impossible to use just one ...had to use arm and leg. Oh and never drove a tractor nor combine with a cab and A/C either just a canvas umbrella best I ever had.

But certainly much eaiser than walking behind a horse for 18-20 hours. But what does this have to do with a forum on life support?, nada.

I have a friend who told me about how when he was a teenager the vibration of the tractor seat would cause things to happen so to speak.

I have a friend that grew up in southern Louisiana. She said that the only things to do there was eat yummy food and have sex.
